Practice questions are difficult to judge from the outside. Two banks can look identical in a screenshot while one teaches you the material and the other teaches you to spot the longest answer. The only way to tell is to work through enough of them to see whether the wrong options are plausible.
So the questions are not the thing being sold. The timed simulation, the scaled score and the targeted drills are, and they are worth paying for only if the questions underneath them are good. Reading the free ones first is the correct order.
