This is deliberately generous. The questions are the product, so the honest way to sell them is to let you read a lot of them first.

Why it is worth it against the exam fee
A failed sitting costs the exam fee again, and the published retake rules make the wait the real problem rather than the money. Against that, $24.99 once is a rounding error. The bank is weighted to each exam's published blueprint, so a weak domain shows up while you can still do something about it.
Buying for a team
From 5 seats the rate drops to $19 per person, and larger bands go lower. We invoice against a purchase order and accept bank transfer, so nobody has to expense a team purchase personally.

What does $24.99 actually unlock?

Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment with no renewal and no expiry. There is no monthly or annual billing anywhere on this site, and nothing to cancel.
Do I have to pay to try it?
No, and you do not have to sign up either. The sample questions are readable without an account. With a free account, practice mode is unlimited, and every question carries a written explanation for each option, right and wrong. The paid modes are the timed simulation and the domain drills.
Does one payment cover all the certifications?
Yes. One payment covers CCAO-F, CCDV-F, CCAR-P, CCAR-F. A developer and an architect on the same team need the same purchase, and adding a bank later costs nothing extra.
Can I get a refund?
All sales final. That is why practice mode is free and unlimited rather than time-limited: you can find out whether the questions are any good before paying, without a card and without a countdown.
